DFA Website Update: New Officers, a Fillable Membership Form, and Updated Contacts

The Dillman Family Association has a new slate of officers for 2026–2028, and the website now reflects the change everywhere from the Officers page to the membership form. Here is a short summary of what was updated.

New Officers for 2026–2028

  • President: Rod Dillman
  • Vice President: Phil Dillman
  • Secretary: Andrew Stillman
  • Treasurer: Derek Dillman
  • Past President: Melissa Minke

Phil Dillman also continues as Newsletter Editor and Archivist, Daniel Dillman as Webmaster, and Andrew Stillman as DNA Project Administrator. The Officers and Committees page and the Contact Us page have been updated.

Contact the Office, Not the Person

Every officer contact on the site now uses a role address, such as president@dillmanfamilyassociation.org or treasurer@dillmanfamilyassociation.org. These addresses follow the office, so your message reaches the right person even as officers change. The membership@ address now goes to the President, and registration and account e-mails from the site now come from the Secretary.

A Fillable Membership Form

The 2026–2028 membership form is now a fillable PDF. Type your information into the form on screen, then e-mail it or print it and mail it with your payment. If you saved an earlier copy, please discard it and download the current one from the Join Us page, which also lists every payment option. Checks and printed forms now go to the Treasurer, Derek Dillman, at the address printed on the form.

The 2026 Conference Is Behind Us

Registration for the August 2026 conference in Erlanger, Kentucky has closed, and the pages that promoted it now describe it in the past tense. The next conference is planned for the Chicago area in August 2028, with details to come.

If you notice anything on the site that needs attention, please e-mail the Webmaster.
