Use this form to register as a member of the Dillman Family Association. Completing and submitting this form is the online equivalent of mailing in our fillable PDF membership form.

Membership dues are $25.00 per two-year period, commencing with the date your registration is received. Your membership includes our quarterly newsletter by email, access to DFA updates and resources, and the right to vote on DFA decisions.

Two ways to pay:

Electronic: Send the correct funds via Zelle payment (either via your bank’s online banking platform if they are a member of the Zelle Network or by the Zelle mobile app to 586-419-5818 (Melissa Minke). No fee to use Zelle. For those using PayPal, correct US$ can be sent to andrew.stillman@unb.ca
